You gotta put some flavor into it- otherwise, just bake a chunk of meat. This is really meatloaf my way! I learned this from my mom, and we always enjoyed the way it turned out. It's moist, flavorful, and easy to make.

Instructions to make Meatloaf My Way:
  1. Tear the bread into small pieces and turn into breadcrumbs using a blender.
  2. Mix together the beef and pork mince until combined
  3. Put all of the meatloaf ingredients into a large bowl and mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. In a seperate bowl, mix the glaze ingredients together.
  5. If you are using the bacon, cover the bottom and sides of the loaf tin.
  6. Put the meatloaf mixture into the loaf tin and spread evenly.
  7. Pour the glaze to cover the meatloaf.
  8. Pop into the middle of the oven and bake on 200 for 1hr 15/30 mins
  9. There will be a lot of oil in the bottom of the tin, so I take it out of the oven a few times, and tip some of the oil away.
