  3. Add asafoetida,salt to taste mix well. Grease 6" diameter thali with oil. Pour the prepared moong dal mixture in it..spread evenly. Sprinkle hand full of chopped dill leaves as shown.
  4. Steam in steamer for 15 mins or till dholka are cooked. Cool for few minutes.Cut into required shape. Serve/ relish hot Dill Moong Dal Dholka in dinner.(4-5 pieces per serving).
  5. For softness of dholka use Boss hand grinder only….if grinding in mixer jar..you need to add tsp of eno salt to make soft dholka.
