  2. Place a wok or kadhai on the heat and warm some oil in it.
  3. Add the mustard seeds,cumin seeds and allow them to crackle a little. then add green chillies and onions finely chopped toss these together
  4. Then add the moong dal and mix it well after few mins add the dill/shepu and mix it well add salt and let it cook for few mins.
  5. Take care not to burn the dal, and you can add a tablespoon of water, if required.
  6. Do not overcook it and your tasty dill greens/shepu ki bhaji is ready

It is prepared using fresh aromatic shepu leaves. Some people don't like shepu because of it's distinctive flavor. Generally it prepared by adding soaked moong dal. But today we are making this by adding potato. This is a very easy and simple recipe.
