  5. Grease the plate, pour this thick paste into the plate. Spread the mixture evenly.cool it at room temperature, then Keep it this plate in freezer for 2 hr for set.
  6. Cut the panisse into 1*4 inch leanthwise. Or your desire.
  7. Heat the oil in a pan for frying. Fry panisse till they become golden brown in colour.
  8. Drain it and keep on tissue paper to remove excess oil.
  9. For dill yogurt dip- take a curd add finely chopped garlic, lime juice, finely chopped dill leaves, salt mix it well, serve this with panisse. This is very good, quick tasty party food option.
