  1. Cut and wash the sepu Bhaji (leafy greens). Washed the orange lentils keep aside.
  2. Crushed the garlic cloves keep aside. Heat oil in pan add crushed garlic cloves in it. Saute for 1 min then add chopped onion saute for 2 min till onion gets soft.
  3. After that add orange lentils in it mix well then add Bhaji mix well. Stir Bhaji continuously when Bhaji becomes half add salt in it as per taste mix well.
  4. Cook Bhaji till water reduced from it.
  5. Bhaji is ready to eat. Serve with Chapati.
