This beef chow mein is very similar to a Chinese mixed. In bowl,add stock,soy sauce,vinegar,sesame oil,white pepper powder,sugar,salt and corn flour,mix well & set aside. In wok,add oil,garlic,marinated beef and mix well until changes color. In a large skillet or wok, stir-fry beef in oil until no longer pink; remove and keep warm.
