Add the tomato purée and cook for a few mins, then add the mushroom ketchup, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, herbs and a can full of water. Season well and bring to the boil. Cook mince until brown, then add chopped onion, carrots and potatoes. Cover with the water and add in the stock cube.

Instructions to make Minced meat stew:
  1. Heat oil in a sauce pot then add onions, garlic and half of the hoho. Cook till onions are transparent.
  2. Add tomatoes and some salt. Leave it to cook for 5minutes then add the garam masala and grated zucchini.
  3. Once the tomato sauce is ready put the minced meat and about half a cup of water. Bring it to boil then add the remaining bell pepper and lower the heat. Let it simmer for 15minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and serve with a starch of choice. I did mine with tumeric rice.
