  5. Peel and dice the mango and avocado. Sprinkle a bit of lemon juice over the avocado.
  6. Put the peanuts, chopped fruits, pomegranate seeds, chopped coriander and spring onion into a big serving bowl. - Add remaining salt, chilli flakes, cumin powder and lemon juice.
  7. Mix the salad well. Serve as a light meal or as an accompaniment to a main meal. Super healthy and filling.
  8. Tips: I didn't use any dressing for this salad as lemon juice is enough. However, you can use a dressing if you like. Add any fresh fruit of your choice e.g. pineapple, apple, pears, grapes etc.
