  4. Add water in batches as you mix. Don't put too much water cause the batter will slide off the potatoes and they won't be coated neither should the water be too little, the batter will be thick and the potatoes won't cook through inside.
  5. Add lemon then your coriander and give it a good mix.
  6. Heat oil in a pan. Dip slices of potatoes into the batter then into the pan.
  7. Remove from pan after 3 minutes or so depending on your heat.
  8. Place them on paper towels to drain excess oil
  9. Serve while hot. Enjoy!
