The fruit is harvested green, carefully peeled, and then cooked and often mashed or pounded into a meal. Matoke is a variety of banana indigenous to southwest Uganda.
Matoke is one of the most well liked of recent trending foods in the world. It is easy, it is fast, it tastes yummy. It is appreciated by millions daily. They are nice and they look fantastic. Matoke is something which I’ve loved my entire life.
