  3. Then add cauliflower in it, cook for 10 to 15 mint
  4. Add water if need then it is ready to serve.. enjoy with paratha or fried rice..

One of those dishes is the Phulkopi-r roast or cauliflower roast. Winters for me, is incomplete without cauliflowers and particularly, this dish.
