  1. At first,boil the cauliflower and potato pieces with salt.
  2. After that,ready all the paste and masala powder.
  3. Put oil in pan and tempt it.
  4. Put the cauliflower in it and fry it.
  5. Keep them in a plate.
  6. Add more oil, bayleaf,black pepper,clove,cardamom,cinnamon stick in oil
  7. Then,tempt it in a low frame.
  8. Then,add curd salt and ginger garlic paste in oil and saute it.
  9. Add coconut and cashew paste and stir it.
  10. Add green peas and salt in it
  11. Then,stir it with potato garam masala and red chilli powder.
  12. Then,add cauliflower and saute it during 10min.
  13. After that,add water in it and boil.
  14. Add salt and sugar.
  15. Stir it and boil in pan.
  16. Add ghee in pan and mix it.
  17. Add coriander leaves in it and mix it.
  18. Serve it in a pot with coriander leaves.

Sprinkle some chaat masala and black salt from above.
