  3. Add onions and fry till translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes off.
  4. Add red chillies and fry for few seconds.
  5. Add marinated prawns and cook on low flame. Prawns will leave the water. Add tamarind juice and cook on high flame.
  6. Cook till all the water gets dry. Then roast slowly on a low flame for 5 to 10 minutes. Add curry leaves. And serve hot as a starter.
