  6. Cover entire dish with remaining mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with Italian blend. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.

You can substitute hamburger meat for a smoked sausage. Or add in any veggies you like. Sometimes I saute squash and add a layer of that to the dish. But beware this dish is full of carbs.
