  8. Cook in middle of oven at 180°c for 45min. Turn off oven and leave door ajar but leave pie there for another hour to cool slowly.

Bake the pie for an hour until it 's set. Cherry Ricotta Cake, a delicious summer treat.. Layer with half of the ricotta cheese mixture and the remaining noodles. Top with remaining cheese mixture and pie filling. To make the pie crust: Into a bowl, sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
