  4. Add chilli powder and again mix, close it with a lid, once it cooked, add coriander powder, again mix it, keep the stove in low flame for 2 minutes and turn off the stove. Let the Curry becomes cool.
  5. Take curd in a bowl, add water into it
  6. And then add brinjal curry into it. Serve with rice.
