  3. Now I m adding tadka of curry leaves mustard seeds and 2 pinch of turmeric powder. Add this tadka to the raita.mix it well.
  4. Now transfer this raita in any serving bowl and garnish with roasted jeera powder and coriander leaves.

The veg raita recipe is made from low fat curds, beetroot, cucumber, tomatoes which is flavoured with coriander and cumin seed powder.
