  5. Add salt to taste, mixed the batter to a dosa consistency, if required u can add water
  6. Heat a flat pan spread little oil in a pan
  7. Pour the batter in a pan spread it in a circular motion
  8. Sprinkle finely chopped the onions inthe dosa
  9. 5mins cover the lid on the pan otherwise flip the dosa other side
  10. If the dosa is cooked remove the dosa from the plate
  11. Serve the dosa with coconut chutney or dried chilli dosa
