  2. Heat nonstick dosa tawa, grease with oil.Wipe with tissue paper. Take a laddle full of prepared sprouts moong batter,pour in centre of tawa,spread in circular motion,make round dosa. Sprinkle oil and roasted on both side till golden brown and crispy. Similarly prepared all dosas.
  3. Serve Hot Pesarattu Sprouts Moong Dosa with green coriander- coconut chutney and hot coffee for complete nutritious breakfast meal.

Just one main ingredient - Unlike a dosa batter which needs rice and urad dal, this has only one ingredient to soak - i.e. the green moong. Some recipes do recommend adding some rice to the green moong while soaking. Rice gives a crispy texture to pesarattu. Moong sprouts dosa has come out very crispy.
