  2. Now heat 1 teaspoon oil or ghee in a pan add cumin seeds,green chillies and chopped onion.saute them on medium high flam until transparent yet crunchy.cool this completely.
  3. Now heat a non-stick and pour 1/2 cup batter on there.then quickly spread batter it to a thin layer beginning from the center.sprinkle 1 or 2 spoon fried onions here as much as you like and also spread ghee. When the pesarattu done you will see the edges begin to leave the pan.it also cook to golden colour and crips on the outside.then flip and cook other side for a minute.fold it and remove to serving platter.
  4. Pesarattu is ready for the breakfast.
