Sieve flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt together. In a large bowl beat oil and powdered sugar until pale. Add in flour cocoa mixture and fold thoroughly. If the mixture is thick, add milk and fold well.

  1. Preheat the oven at 180*c - Sieve all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Take butter and sugar in a bowl and beat with electric beater till it is nicely creamed and fluffy.
  2. Add warm milk and beat for few more seconds. Cut and fold dry sifted ingredients into this wet mixture. Add lime juice and mix.add hot water and mix well.add vanilla Extract finally.grease a cake pan.pour the batter.
  3. Bake for 35 min.keep it out and cool it.flip the cake on a plate and divide into two pieces. Spray sugar syrup and do froasting.repeat same on top layer. Decorate with cherry.
