  4. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt. Mix it well.
  5. Add roasted semolina. Mix it well. Add curd mix it in semolina.
  6. Add water, salt. Mix it well and let cook the Semolina.
  7. Sprinkle coriandor leaves. Serve hot.

Upma is basically roasted semolina cooked in tempered water. I know, I know that does not sound appetizing.
