  6. Add the mashed garden egg and fry for about three minutes, add the fish and fish stock, add the pounded bonga or crayfish, fry till sauce is dried.
  7. Taste and adjust the taste with stock cube and salt, then put off your heat.
  8. Peel and cut your yam to your desired shape
  9. Put into your cooking pot, add salt then boil.
  10. Serve with garden egg sauce. Note: palm oil can also be used in place of vegetable oil.
