  4. At this point heat your vegetable oil in a sauce pan, add some slices of onion then saute, then add the blended pepper and onion, fry till dry then add the garden and fry for five minutes
  5. Add the crayfish, fish stock, and fish
  6. Taste and preseason, fry for three more minutes then bring down.
  7. Serve with yam.
