  3. Add in your palm oil into the stock and grinded crayfish,pepper,seasoning cubes,onions and salt. Allow to boil for 10 minutes
  4. After 10 minutes add in your grinded melon to it and stir and allow it to boil for 20 minutes
  5. Wash your ugwu leave thoroughly and add into the pot..and stir
  6. Add in the boiled fish and stir carefully so as not to break it
  7. Allow it to boil for 10 minutes and it's ready to be served
