  2. In another bowl mix, 1 tbsp cumin-coriander-fennel seeds powder, 2 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1tsp tamarind pulp, salt as per taste to make a thick mixture for coating the mackerel from outside.
  3. Keep the head of mackerel intact. Slit from the side and remove the center bone as shown in the picture.
  4. Stuff the paneer inside the mackerel and close it.
  5. Coat both the sides of the mackerel from outside with the coating mixture made.
  6. Spread 1 cup semolina on a plate. Coat the mackerel with semolina from outside.
  7. Heat 2-3 tbsp oil on a tawa and spread all over. Place the mackerels and let them cook from both sides. Add oil as per requirement.
  8. Coat 4 prawns with 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tsp cumin-coriander-fennel seeds powder and salt as per taste. Shallow fry them as well by using oil.
  9. Arrange in the serving plate and serve hot. It can also be served with rice or roti.
