  2. Now take a small ball from the mixture and roll it one by one.
  3. Heat the oil and deep fry it.
  4. Take a pan heat the oil.add cumin seeds, onion tomato puree and saute it.
  5. Add salt, red chilli powder,kasuri methi,coriander powder,sugar and mix it.
  6. Add milk,fresh malai and mix it and cook it for 1-2 minutes.
  7. After that add kofta and mix it.
  8. Panner kofta is ready.
