  5. Finally, add the half cut mini tomatoes into the pan. Season with salt and pepper if needed, serve on a warmed plate and enjoy!

When I was growing up, it was common to melt cheese on broccoli to make it tastier, but bacon and garlic sounds even better. The sweet plantain really worked well with the salty smoked mackerel.
