  2. Take Grated Paneer in a container. Add Coriander, Garam Masala, salt, sugar, lemon juice to it. Mix properly and make small balls from it.
  3. Make a small disc of the spinach dough. Place the paneer ball in center. Cover it properly and make a smooth round ball.
  4. Fry the shaped kofta's on medium flame or for healthier version roast them in a Appam pan on low flame till crispy
  5. Let the deep fried or shallow fried Kofta to cool for some time. Slit the kofta's into two. Let them cool completely.
  6. Take Chopped Tomatoes, Green Chillies, Garlic, Ginger in a Blender Bowl, blend it to a smooth paste. Take a saucepan and transfer the tomato puree in it. Add dry masalas and simmer for 5 minutes on low flame.
  7. Add fresh cream, mix properly and further cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Take a serving bowl pour hot gravy in it.Place kofta's on the gravy. Garnish with some gravy, cream and coriander.
  8. Serve hot spinach kofta's with paratha or roti.
