Then again heat up a pan add 1-2 tbsp butter/ oil when it heat up add cumin seed when it splutter add ginger garlic paste saute for a while then add your chopped tomatoes, and let it be cooked for 10- min till our tomatoes become soft and mushy..after then add our onion paste.and cook for a second..then add your spinach puree..after then add your all spieces.and let it cook for a while and cover it abt 10-15 min to enhance the taste add 2 tbsp of curd..beat the curd then add properly…

After a second when palak cooked properly and it start bubbling.add your paneer cubes cook for 5-10 min..after 10 min it's done garnishing it with fresh cream(note.if you dont have cashew then add 2 tbsp of wheat flour..it thickens the gravy and taste also enchanse).our delicious palak paneer is ready to serve enjoy it with Parantha,ya nana
