  5. For Puri. Take wheat flour in a bowl add salt and ajwain and Knead soft dough.
  6. Cover it and rest for 10 min. Now divide into small balls. And make Puri.. and fry them in hot oil. Serve it with tomato paneer gravy..

Add a pinch of Sugar to the gravy. Add a tablespoon of Malai (Fresh Cream) and some milk to the gravy and boil the same till oil comes to the surface. PREPARE GRAVY: •Remove the eye ,then boil the tomatoes ,make puree and stain. •In a pan heat oil and add ajwain and sauté for a minute. Pestle ajwain, transfer to a bowl, add all-purpose flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, vinegar, sugar, pepper powder along with water and mix it to a thick batter. Now dip the paneer pieces in the prepared batter and deep fry in hot oil.
