In this recipe, all you need is some paneer chunks, cut into long pieces.

  1. Boil the noodles.(Drizzle oil and coat the noodles well to avoid it from sticking and keep them aside).
  2. Now heat oil in a pan, add onion, greenchillies, Paneer cubes and capsicum and continue to saute them on high flame for a minute (Make sure you dont over cook the veggies).
  3. Now add salt and blackpepper and sauces: Tomato ketchup, vinegar, soya sauce and green chilli sauce and sprinkle little water and toss well for a minute.
  4. In last, add boiled noodles and toss well for 1 last minute.
  5. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
