  7. Make ready Fresh cream 1/2 cup,sugar to taste,Oil 1tsp ND for frying,
  8. Get Garam masala 1tsp,water half cup

  1. Mix mashed paneer ND potatoes,corn flour,salt,green chillies,garlic ND red chilli powder.Divide mixture into even balls..Stuff each balls wid chopped raisins ND cashews
  2. Stuff oll balls wid chopped raisins ND cashews properly
  3. Heat sufficient oil for deep frt at the time till balls get brown…Drain in an absortbent paper ND set aside
  4. Heat 3 tsp oil in a jaandi ND add Jeera,garlic,ginger ND Chiilies to saute for 2min…now add onions ND cook for till brown…Add tomato puree ND cook for 1 min further add spinach puree ND cook for 2 mins.
  5. Now add turmeric,salt, corriander powder,garam masala ND half cup water ND bring to boil for 2-3 min..Reduce the flame ND simmer for 5-6 min…Now add half of cream ND off the flame Spinach gravry is ready
  6. Pour the gravy in serving Dish ND arrange the koftas on the top…..Serving hot with the left over cream….Tasty Palak Paneer Kofta's r ready to eat.

Garnish this curry with grated fresh paneer for extra creaminess. Serve this hot palak paneer kofta curry with roti, naan, parathas, bread or rice.
