  1. Melt the butter until foamy, then add brown sugar, cinnamon powder and orange zest and cook over low heat for about 2minutes
  2. Put the pineapple slices on the pan and turn after 3minutes for both sides to be cooked.
  3. Remove the pan from the fire and pour rum over the pineapple. Ignite the rum, then put the pan back to the fire until all rum is burnt of. Serve the pineapple flambe

Remove from grill and place in a cast-iron skillet, pour rum over top and carefully light it on fire. Top each serving with scoop of ice cream and sprinkle of bacon.
