  1. Pre heat your oven at 180 degrees.
  2. Grease your baking tins. I used 2 tins for 1kgs to attain height (Trick).
  3. Assemble all your ingredients n working tools.
  4. Weigh and measure all your ingredients.
  5. Sift your flour n set aside.
  6. In a mixing bowl, add margarine n whisk it abit to soften it.
  7. Add sugar, whisk till pale n fluffy.
  8. Add eggs one by one, add in orange oil as u mix.
  9. Add some little milk as u whisk.
  10. Fold in your flour into 3 batches. check on your consistency. If aint right, add in some more milk.
  11. Once done folding, add blueberry n orange flavour, mix slightly using spatula and you are good to go.
  12. Pour your batter into your tin(s), bake for 45-50 mins or until askewer inserted at the centre comes out dry n clean.
  13. Remove it, let cool in the tin for about 10 - 15 minsn then transfer it to a cooling rack.
  14. Serve when ready n enjoy.

I added a little cornstarch to the blueberry filling to ensure that it didn't run. I also cut the sugar in the frosting. No one would ever guess this lemon-blueberry cake starts out with a boxed mix. Adding blueberries, lemon, and milk to the mix will result in a moist, light, and fluffy cake. In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients.
