  8. Using an electric beater,whisk or mwiko,cream the margarine,oil,sugar(if using the grated rind mix it through in the sugar) Cream until light and fluffy
  9. Add your eggs(if using oil mix it in the eggs) and mix for a minute or two.
  10. Fold in your dry ingredients into the creamed mixture,in 3 additions alternating with the milk.Mix well with no lumps on it
  11. Pour the batter into the prepared tin,or into the cupcakes tray
  12. Depending with your oven,for the cake bake for 45-60 minutes.For cup cakes 25 - 30 minutes
  13. Insert a skewer or clean knife to check the doneness of the cake
  14. Cool the cakes or cupcakes for 15 minutes.Frost as desired.
