Start rolling from one of the longer sides; make sure to roll snugly.   2. Now take wheat flour,add baking soda,salt, oil and water form a dough..rest for 15 mins..
  3. Now roll in form of chapati, cut from middle and make pieces..
  4. Now with the help of a fork make wholes in cut shapes..sprinkle kalonji / nigella seeds..and keep in oven pn 180 degree to 10 mins..till it's crispy
  5. Take a serving plate add hummus,top with black olives, sprinkle some paprika powder garnish with fresh chopped parsley and olive oil..it's ready..
  6. Serve with lavash..

Sprinkle za'atar and freshly ground black pepper over the hummus. Evenly distribute mint leaves, feta (or olives if Vegan) and cucumber slices.
