  7. Prepare 1 tbsp ginger paste
  8. Get to taste Salt
  9. Get some finely chopped coriander leaves

  1. In a pan add some oil, add ginger paste..fry, add garlic then add onions, when it golden brown add tomatoes add salt to taste stir cover it.. after some minutes stir, make sure the tomatoes are cooked then add besan flour so that it absorbs all water from tomatoes.. and gradually add poha flakes and coriander leaves stir it finely so that all are mixed leave it to cool
  2. In a bowl add flour add some salt and mix gradually adding water little by little making a soft dough. Make small balls, inside it add some tomato mixture and roll like roti and put on tawa add ghee then turn another side to cook other side adding ghee.. tomato roti is ready..
  3. Serve with chutney or ketchup it's so yummy.
