Take a portion of the mixture and make a tikki. Add oil in a pan and pan sear the tikki from both sides.   1. Boil the akhrot and chop fine. Boil the potatoes and grate. Grate the raw banana, paneer.
  2. Grate the raw banana, paneer. Make individually powder in a blender of almonds, cashew nuts, akhrot / walnut
  3. In a wok add 1 Tbsp oil and add ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chillies, boiled & cut walnuts, cashew nut powder, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, khoya. Mix very well and set aside
  4. In another bowl mix grated raw banana, grated paneer, almond powder, salt, red chilli powder, crushed black pepper powder, boiled & grated potatoes, walnut powder and mix well.
  5. Mix both the items together
  6. Make small balls and flatten and set aside
  7. In a wok heat oil and pan sear for 1 mins on each side and set aside, do it in batches
  8. Plate it and enjoy with dips of your choice or yoghurt
