  2. Now add condensed milk and sugar. Mix well and gradually add cocoa powder stirring continuously. Make sure no lumps are formed.
  3. Cook for 5 to 8 mins and add roughly crushed walnuts. Cook till mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan, stirring in between. - Switch off the flame and transfer the mixture to the plate. Let it cool down to room temperature.
  4. Once cooled, grease your hands with ghee and make lemon sized balls from the mixture and keep aside. Let it cool down completely.
  5. Chocolate Walnut Fudge Truffles are ready to serve. Enjoy.

Place back onto the lined sheet and remove toothpicks by pulling gently and holding the truffle down with a second toothpick. Immediately sprinkle with walnuts and any other optional toppings. Repeat with the remaining truffles, warming chocolate again briefly if it becomes too thick.
