This was very tasty but a little dry with the cornchips. In a large skillet, cook the beef, green pepper and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add water and taco seasoning; bring to a boil. Treat yourself to this epic nacho lasagne. Instead of pasta sheets try Cobs Corn Chips in your lasagne.
