Delicious nachos inspired by my favorite restaurant chain that has now closed. Try this unique twist on classic nachos, created by Tasty and served at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Crispy tortilla chips are layered with homemade Chihuahua cheese sauce, salsa verde, and salsa roja.

Evenly slice sweet potatoes into rounds. Mix to coat meat in seasonings. Add ketchup and mustard, spreading evenly over the outside of the meat. These were so easy and delicious!

Instructions to make Tasty Nachos:
  1. Mix all the ingredients and knead it with water. The dough should not be very soft or very tight. And rest it for 10- 15 minutes.
  2. Make small portion from the dough. Now roll the dough ball into a thin sheet. Prick the sheet with fork.
  3. Using a knife make small traingular shapes or cut the sheet into small traingles.
  4. Fry the nacho chips in medium hot oil until golden in colour. Serve it with tomato salsa and melted cheese.
  5. For salsa. Roast the tomatoes, garlic and onion on a pan. Peel the skin then churn these ingredients in a mixer jar with green chilli and salt. Add juice of half lemon and mix well.
  6. Ready to serve.

My husband thought they tasted just like restaurant nachos. This recipe is definitely replacing my old one. My only recommendation is to use a really big sheet pan. This recipe made a lot of nachos and they were piled deliciously high! I lost a few pieces of corn/beans to tumbling out of the pan.
