  7. Add green peas and water and cook 5-7 min till the gravy thickens. Add paneer and kasuri methi. Cook for another 2min. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot with tandoori roti, naan, paratha, missi roti.
  9. Steps for wheat flour naan. In a bowl take all ingredients flour, curd, salt, baking powder, oil, sugar. Mix well and knead into soft dough using water.
  10. Mix water as needed and make soft dough from it. Apply oil and cover the dough for 20-30 min.
  11. After 20-30 min punch down the dough and then knead for 5 minutes. - - divide the dough into medium sized balls and keep aside. Take one ball of the dough on a floured surface.
  12. Roll the dough in oblong shape giving it a shape of naan. Sprinkle some kalonji and coriander on top. Roll it little to press the topping.
  13. Brush the bottom side of the naan with water and place the waterd side of naan on the hot pan, and cook fm, until you see bubbles starting to form.
  14. Flip the tava and cook on gas flame until you see the upper side is fully cooked, and dark brown starts to appear.
  15. Remove from the pan and brush naan with some butter. Your butter naan is ready.
