  9. Preheat the oven at 220 degrees.once hot, reduce the heat to 180 degrees and place the fish in the oven for 10mins
  10. As its cooking…place a pot on fire…add the 120g butter…let it melt.
  11. Add the lemon juice…keep stir until the sauce is consistent and the butter and lemon has mixed in very well.simmer for 5mins n remove
  12. Remove the fish from the oven, arrange in the serving bowl, pour in the lemon butter sauce..
  13. Garnish with the chopped parsley
  14. Goes well with ugali, rice, and fries
