  6. Heat the pan, add oil
  7. When the oil has become hot, sauté your onions until light brown…add your potatoes and some salt to taste….toss the potatoes to avoid breaking them when stiring
  8. Add your paprika or red chilli powder if you wish
  9. Toss them again….sprinkle the chopped parsley, toss again and pour in your serving bowl
  10. Lyonnaise potatoes are a main course best served on its own or you can compliment it with any salad of your choice, or any meat of your choice.
