  9. Start making your samosa pockets.Divide the dough into small pieces of 30 grams each for mini samosas or you can also do 50grams for medium size samosas
  10. Start rolling out your dough into small circles apply oil in one of the circles.Sprinkle flour and put another circle on top of this forming a sandwich.Put aside.Do this to the remaining balls
  11. Start rolling out the sandwiched pieces into one round circle,making sure it's thin enough.
  12. Heat your pan,on low heat. Place your rolled dough on the pan. Let it dry but don't cook it through
  13. This is what you should have after drying your dough.Carefully seperate the pieces.
  14. Cut your circle into four quarter
  15. Make your bonding glue using the 4 Tablespoons of flour.
  16. Start filling your samosas into a triangular shapes,making sure you seal properly.
  17. Heat your frying oil,but don't make it so hot.Start frying your samosas.
  18. This is the final result,I love mine golden brown.You can fry yours to your liking.
  19. Samosas are so moist and very tasty.Garnish with the one remaining lemon
