  4. Fry the chopped onions until soft,add garlic,paprika,salt and black pepper.Stir and add the boiled potatoes and stir until ready.
  5. Remove the dough and roll it on a dusted surface with flour,to make it flat.Then fold it to form a strip.
  6. Cut the strip in to small pieces and shape them in to small balls.
  7. Flatten the ball and start rollling it in to a circular shape and apply small amount of oil on top of it.Roll another ball and place on top of the first one,,,,repeat the process on the rest of them until a stack is formed.Roll all of them together so as to make individual piece can be as thin as possible.
  8. Put the whole stack on top of a hot pan and let it dry,keep peeling them off one by one after drying them.
  9. After peeling them,stack them and cut in to halves. Make a thick paste of water and flour.Start rolling each half to form a corn.
  10. Apply the paste on the end to bind them.Fill the corns with the potato stuffings and close the top with the paste.Ready for deep frying.
  11. Put oil in a pan and let the oil get hot but not too hot,start deep frying the samosas until golden brown.Remove when ready.
