  1. Boil your minced meat………add onion, carrot, garlic, cooking oil, paprika, garam masala, salt let them cook well….before removing from fire add corriander stir…then set a side…. that's our filling.
  2. In a bowl/basin add your flour, a pinch of salt, knead while adding water to a soft dough……set a side cover for about 10mins……..cut out small bunches like in the pic……roll out and spread……apply little oil on top…..add another spread bunch on top of the other…..(you can add as many as you want….make sure you leave an opening at the end of each to make it easy for removal)………using a rolling pin spread them out together to thin sheets
  3. Put the rolled out dough on top of a hot pan……change sides while removing one by one……..when done cut them into square pieces
  4. Make a flour paste………take one square sheet, scoop the minced filling put on one side of the corner of the sheet…..close by rolling over before the end apply some flour paste and close completly
  5. Heat up oil and deep fry…….serve with smoothies or juice…….enjoy!
