  4. Allow the leeks to simmer for 4 minutes without drying out then add the mushrooms.
  5. When the pasta is just to you liking add the cheese and ham to the leek and mushroom mix.
  6. Add a little boiling water from the pasta if needed in order to mix well until everything is covered in the cheese “sauce”.
  7. Strain the pasta well and add the leek mix. Mix everything well and serve in a warmed bowl.

Add ham to frying pan with leeks as well as cream, season and stir. Let this simmer for a few minutes. Drain pasta and serve in bowls with sauce on top. Cook the pasta according to pack instructions in large pan of boiling, salted water. Melt the butter in a large frying pan & add the sliced leeks.
