Qeema Onion is one of the most popular of current trending foods on earth. It’s simple, it is fast, it tastes delicious. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. Qeema Onion is something which I’ve loved my entire life. They are nice and they look fantastic.

The first step in making this qeema recipe is dividing up the onions. One onion will be sliced and fried till golden brown, and then set aside. The second onion will form the base of the qeema curry.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few components. You can have qeema onion using 10 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Qeema Onion:
  1. Make ready 500 g Minced beef
  2. Get Onion 2 chopped
  3. Take 4 tbsp Cooking oil
  4. Take 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  5. Make ready Salt accordingly
  6. Prepare 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  7. Get 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  8. Take 1 tsp Cumin powder
  9. Make ready 1 tsp Coriander powder
  10. Take pinch Klonji

Stir in the onions and green chilies and continue to cook and stir until the onion is become pink. Add the tomatoes, eggplants, chili powder, coriander, turmeric, and salt into the onions. Mince with Onion (Keema Hari Piyaz) - Shireen Anwar Chicken mince with spring onion tastes great when you combine them with fenugreek it gives very aomatic taste. Make sure the onions are finely chopped to get the authentic indian qeema taste.

Steps to make Qeema Onion:
  1. Wash minced beef thoroughly, in a wok heat oil and fry onions.
  2. Let onions become golden brown then add ginger garlic paste.
  3. Add minced beef and fry it for 2 mins, no need to add water, let it cook in it's own water.
  4. Add all spices then low the flame cover it for 15mins.
  5. When oil released fry it for 2 mins more then off the flame, garnish it and serve.

You can substitute the garlic and ginger that goes in the qeema with garlic and ginger paste - but trust me the flavor will not be the same. In small bowl,add all-purpose flour,water and mix well to make a smooth paste & set aside. Take samosa patti/manda patti and make pocket,add filling in the center and roll into the shape of samosa and seal corners with all-purpose flour & water paste. Fry half of the portion of ginger, garlic and Lazzat Qeema Masala with minced meat. Cook on a low flame until meat is tender.
